Our Trainers will email step by step instructions, search the web for solutions, or send you one of our existing eBooks or guides that answer your questions.
- Over the Phone Training – If all those written instructions make your head spin, this option is a great alternative. Our Instructors will guide you step by step as they explain how to do it yourself!
- Real Time Training – Using Go To Meeting you get both Audio and Video instruction at the same time. Our trainers can even take over your mouse guiding you through your own computer as they explain how to accomplish the task at hand.
- Custom Video Guide – Don’t have the time to sit in front of your computer and get that personalized training? We can do it for you. Just tell us what it is you want to learn, and our trainers will record a custom step by step video for you.
Audio Transcripts and Screen Video of your training session may be purchased for a small fee.
